LogoOur intention is to cover the complete Dr. Ann Wigmore Raw Living Foods Lifestyle, in as much - or more - detail as if you were attending a two-week hands-on program at a Dr. Ann Institute (like Creative Health Institute in Michigan or the Living Foods Institute in Atlanta). This is also a summary of the information contained in the Dr. Ann Wigmore Raw Living Foods Home Study Program (chDiet.com).

This show is not meant to replace the hands-on programs. There's a lot you can get out of the camaraderie of spending two or three weeks with a group of raw fooders. But for those who can't get away for a program, and for those who want reinforcement of what they learned at a hands-on program, this show will be a great resource.

All episodes are 1 hour long with commercials, or 45 minutes long without the commercials.
